Women's Process Group: A Space for Single Women Over 40
This ongoing, intimate in person process group is a supportive space for cis/trans/non-binary women of all sexual orientations and identities to explore connection — both to themselves and to others. Whether it’s navigating sexuality, dating, family, peri-menopause or menopause, next chapters, or aging – this group is about community and finding a safe place for women to express their desires, needs, wants and fears. Together, we’ll talk honestly about intimacy, romance, sex, vulnerability, aging, attachment patterns, boundaries, self-worth, and what it means to seek love, or stay single, at this stage of life.
